Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor its progress. Please allow a reasonable amount of time for delivery, as transit times may vary depending on location.
If your package is lost or stolen in transit, a claim must be filed directly with the shipping service provider used for your order. WECANTBIKE is not responsible for packages once they are in the care of the carrier.
